It all began with Tom Cruise (no really!)

From watching Top Gun with Dad when Mom was away to movie hopping into Mad Max: Fury Road, Sophia Ricciardi made a habit of sneaking her way into the world of cinema.

The Philadelphia native found her love for film at a young age, but found her passion for sound and post at Boston University. Working on her bachelors of film and television, she did it all from constructing fake dead pets as a production designer on Fun-eral (2020), to casting a banana in a star role as director on Pick Me (2018). Sophia loves hearing the moment when a project comes together, whether on set or in post. Freelancing out of New York City, Sophia has continued to edit and produce exciting new projects. From YouTube content for channels like Overly Sarcastic Productions to the Dungeons & Dragons podcast Rolling with Difficulty.

Sophia now develops and produces a number of podcasts, edits video content for corporate and social media clients, and is ready to take your next project to the danger zone and beyond.
